Joshua and Brooke gave birth the a baby boy on April 23 2010, he was 19 inches long and weighed 7.3 lbs, his name is Grant Rodney Hoffmann, What a joy it is to have a grandson in the family.

It is almost killing Jolene and I not to be able to hold him and kiss on his fat little cheeks.

And of course we had to have Pinapple at our Hawaiian meeting

One of our goals and dream is to take our children to see places in this world, Jolene and I have choosen Hawaii to take our children this year, so here is one of the meeting we held to get us ready for a great family vacation, Ben in Denver was on the Web Camera and Joshua and Brooke was on speaker phone.

We traveled to Rock Springs spent the night then got up early the next morning and traveled into Denver, we found Bens apartment, were we unloaded the truck, we were very tired.

Then Ben decides to move to Denver to become the Assnt. Manager of the company he works for at the Denver Warehouse "Block Buster"

2010 come in with a few new things happening to our family. Jacob had shoulder surgery.

After school is out Jolene can take a rest, she works very hard at school and is exhusted, so when summer comes she can relax for a bit.

On June 21st 2009 Dale Randall, Jolenes dad pasted away at the age of 90, he was truely a great man, a wonderful Father, and grandpa, he will missed.

Jolene and I flew back to Richmond Va. to visit with Joshua and Brooke, we found this great little bed and breakfast place called the Hoffmann Hilton, these were the goodies that were laft on our bed as we arrived, I highly recommend this place, great service,

So we planted another tree one i hope will not be as messy, it is a Sunset Maple

So they had to go, I did get Jolenes permission to TAKE THEM OUT, Jolene cried when she came home and saw they had been removed soooooo

The back yard had one to, we planted these trees a few years after we moved in to our house, but these trees are very messy trees, I am older than dirt and Jolene is no spring chicken, I found it very hard to keep our yard nice.

Our front yard had this large tree what was a great shade provider

Then of course we went to Lake Powell in the house boat and had a great time as always.

We got a boat for all the imes we go to Lake Powell, this is going to make Powell so much more enjoyable
